I saw the movie Parenthood almost 40 years ago. There's a scene from that movie that really hit home, even as a young man who hadn't yet had children. I still paraphrase the scene, and try diligently to live by it when I'm feeling overwhelmed. I'd love to share the clip with you.

LOL- the story of my entire life- I suppose it pertains to us all really- why would anyone choose the merry go round over the rollercoaster?. well, unless you've seen that Final Destination Movie with the Rollercoaster. Different movie for a different life lesson I suppose?? hahahahahaha
