Considering that Paulius lost a guitar, I think that he in particular will appreciate this story...
I ran across an article about a guy whose guitar was destroyed by United Airlines. He tried in vain to get them to fix it or reimburse him for the damage, but got nowhere. Eventually he wrote a song about it and posted it on YouTube. The song was posted two days ago and has received almost 600,000 hits!
